this pkg should arrive in the RHEV channel, same as el6 pkg.
it's missing from the create_repo script that downloads it from brew.

we'll fix it for VT9.

paz - please add this to the el7 conf file for 3.5

latest_vt points to el6 for backward compatibility, so it won't break qe automation code.
we are planning to change it to the build dir itself, just need to communicate it properly before the change.

i'll handle it next week when i return, for now use latest_vt_dev/el7 or better yet directly the build id : builds/vt9/el7
