Description of problem:
All other assets already have the Overview tab (with Metadata and History widget, comments box etc.) - Designer, in both BRMS and BPMS still has Metadata tab instead.
Designer should use the Overview tab as well, instead of Metadata tab.

I have pile of "Overview tab missing in..." tickets, most likely they all have a similar fix.

It seems that ER4 contains this commit:

This issue should be ON_QA.

I think that it brokes fix for 1111406. Can you investigate it?

Especially, The Dialog Conflig is not displayed any more.

I think that this issue was fixed for 6.1.0 ER4 but it broke issues in See also. I will add test coveradge to jbpm designer test suite.
