yumex tango'd style

Description of problem:
Yumex does not apply icon theme immediately. The user has to double click on the systray icon (or just restart yumex) to get icon theme changes notified in main window.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yumex-3.0.16-1.fc20.noarch

How reproducible:
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start yumex
2. change icon theme in settings of Xfce
3.

Actual results:
no updates visible in window

Expected results:
window changes its appearance immediately

I can't reproduce this on xfce (F21) in yumex (gtk2)

But yumex-dnf (gtk3) don't update changed icons, before they are refresh.
fx.  by moving the mouse pointer over the icon.

Don't see it as a very big issue ;-), so I will not use mush time to track down and will properly close it as CANTFIX/WONTFIX.
