Description RHOS Integration 2014-11-02 00:02:52 EDT
Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/heat/+spec/implement-instanceid-for-launchconfiguration.

Description:

In cloudFormation, user can use property 'InstanceId' if he want the launch configuration to use settings from an existing instance.
see http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-properties-as-launchconfig.html
Will be good to implement this in heat.
