You are right, this happens with an update to sqlite, to a version sqlite-3.8.7 or later. The previous version works fine (see bug #1158281 comment #12 for more details). It's not an issue with sqlite, but with evolution-data-server. It was fixed upstream [1] and will be released as part of evolution-data-server 3.12.8 the next Monday. I would do an update with the upstream fix immediately, but that might not make it for updates soon enough, thus, please, downgrade sqlite for now. According to ABRT this just happened to me with evolution-data-server-3.12.10-2.fc21.i686 and sqlite-3.8.8-1.fc21.i686
