screens - VM dialog: combo box text alignment
Description of problem:
Options in combo box Based on Template and Cluster are not fully visible in Internet Explorer 9. The text is aligned too much to the left side.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-3.5.0-0.18.beta.el6ev.noarch (vt8).
Internet Explorer 9 (Win7 x64)
How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Power User Portal or Webadmin, open VM dialog (new VM or edit VM).
2. Expand options in combo box Based on Template or Cluster.
3.
Actual results:

Expected results:
Text is aligned correctly, see screenshot vm-dialog-ie10-combobox-aligned-ok.png in attachment.
Additional info:
Verified in rhevm-3.5.0-0.22.el6ev.noarch (vt12), client: IE9 @ Windows 7 x64.
