Description of problem: gthumb in F21 has become very slow. Previewing a photo is slow, loading the full version of the photo is slow, and switching between photos is slow (has preloading the next image also gone?) It's horrible. Aside from that the next/previous buttons are now nowhere near each other which makes working with photos very unproductive. Very unhappy here. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gthumb-3.3.2-4.fc21.x86_64 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:
These jpegs are 5 megs and to view takes between 1 and 2 seconds.
"It's a known problem, the 3.3.2 version is not considered stable and shouldn't be included in any stable distribution as all the 3.3.x series, which is just a preview of the next stable version." -- https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gthumb-list/2014-November/msg00001.html
