Description of problem:

When creating a new disk in RHEV, if the allocation policy is set to thin provisioned and the datacenter or storage domain for the disk is changed, the allocation policy is set back to preallocated.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open create new disk window
2. Select thin provisioned for the allocation policy
3. Change either the datacenter or storage domain

Actual results:

Allocation policy changes from thin provisioned back to preallocated.

Expected results:

Allocation policy should stay the same and not be changed by a changing DC/SD.

Looks like something similar but it wasn't for the change of the data center iirc
