Happened to me when I was trying to install sysdig using their script as per their official instructions on http://www.sysdig.org/install/: curl -s https://s3.amazonaws.com/download.draios.com/stable/install-sysdig | sudo bash Didn't have gnome-software open at the time, just got the abrt notification that it crashed.
