Description of problem: Currently RHSC only manages the local cluster. But there is nothing technically that blocks RHSC from managing remote gluster-cluster. And this feature is required in RHSC, in the context of geo-rep feature management of RHS. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Import a remote cluster to RHSC, along with managing a local cluster 2. Admin should be able to manage the remote cluster through RHSC Expected results: RHSC should be able to manage remote cluster Additional info: This is primarily a testing effort and if any issues are seen, while testing this, it has to be addressed in RHSC 3.1 time frame
