Description Jan Hutař 2014-11-10 08:16:25 UTC
Description of problem:
There is a question mark icon next to package name (header) on package detail page leads to ISE page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite-5.7.0-RHEL6-re20141031.0.x86_64
  (i.e. spacewalk-java-2.3.8-52.el6sat.noarch)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://<fqdn>/rhn/software/packages/Details.do?pid=<pid>
2. Click to "question mark" next to package name in header of the page

Actual results:
ISE. Nothing in the logs (I'm tailing catalina.out and httpd/*_log).

Expected results:
1. there should not be any "question mark" icons
2. there should be some traceback in the logs

Additional info:
Also help pages are not accessible - returning ISEs as well: filling different bug for that. This bug is for forgotten "question mark" icon only.

Comment 1 Clifford Perry 2014-11-10 10:46:26 UTC
Seems associated with other blocker ISE bug

Comment 2 Grant Gainey 2014-11-10 17:08:55 UTC
The context-sensitive-help icon should definitely not be there, investigating. However, I am unable to reproduce an ISE by clicking on it, using the most recent releases for spacewalk-java.

Comment 3 Grant Gainey 2014-11-10 21:07:19 UTC
There are more ways to jam context-sensitive-help-links into your JSPs, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your previous greps...

Comment 5 Jan Hutař 2014-11-11 05:54:21 UTC
Please ignore the ISE part of the problem. It was caused by insufficient disk space and I have already closed the other bug.

Comment 7 Jan Hutař 2014-11-26 10:44:37 UTC
There is no "question mark" next to package name in header of the page /rhn/software/packages/Details.do?pid=<pid> now.

VERIFIED on Satellite-5.7.0-RHEL6-re20141125.0-x86_64

Comment 8 Pavel Studeník 2015-01-09 14:50:24 UTC
Reverfied with spacewalk-java-2.3.8-96.el6sat.noarch

Without mark.
