Description of problem:

package: ciphertest-0.1.1-2.el6.noarch from epel-testing
  unresolved deps: 
     /usr/bin/bash


There is no /usr/bin/bash in rhel6

* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
