Thank you for the report! This upstream patch should not have landed in the Fedora distgit: https://github.com/abrt/libreport/commit/fb554038d9bc692d99fbd6eace61979dc48a8b93 Even more, that patch shouldn't have been cherry-picked to the master branch and it must be reverted.
