Currently the manpage supplied by PAR::Packer for its pp(1) tool is rather useless.  Either there's no documentation for it or the manpage generation is borked.

The options are described only in code (lib/PAR/Packer.pm:38-72).

I'll write POD for lib/pp.pm.

Actually, there was a manpage for pp(1) all along -- it was hiding in pp(3pm), where most of the code for the utility is.

I have now linked pp(1) manpage to that location.

Pushing as perl-PAR-Packer-1.024-2.*.
