Steps to Reproduce:
1. Automate - Customization
2. Create a new dialog , fill all fields of element field,  add button is not enabled to save dialog
3.

Actual results:
4 out of 5 times i tried add button was not enabled.

This bug is not present in current master and therefor also does not exist for 5.4.

The area is pretty reworked between 5.3 and 5.4 and the bug is not there any more.
