There is a lot of information in the original ticket: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1163875 Does that give you enough to validate this issue? If not, can you needinfo John Hardy? I just checked in these changes, so I wouldn't be a good resource for validating the issue.
I found this blocker(?) recently about ruby version: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1223324 . Apart from that, with the workaround mentioned in the bug, the automation seems to work but I was not able to deploy Openshift due to expired entitlements on the QA RHN account which then fails the installation process. I also verified three other bugs on the OSE automation.
