I remove manually perl-PlRPC but I have error message after a yum update :

If I want remove perl-Pod-Usage, that remove a lot of package : all kde package, all perl package and more.

This is a bug in perl-Pod-Usage package. I forgot to set the epoch value (that's the number before a colon).

Package perl-Pod-Usage-1.64-2.fc21, perl-Pod-Checker-1.71-2.fc21:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing perl-Pod-Usage-1.64-2.fc21 perl-Pod-Checker-1.71-2.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
