Haiyang, could you please provide some logs? At best all of /var/log. Could you also check if you can find out if puppet crashes or if it does not come up?
According to rbarry's patch:http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/35609/ to find the root cause, so could clean needinfo for me.
