The welcome page on URL <host>:8080/ is blank. The page loads, but it doesn't show any content. Tested on DV 6.1 ER4.

There appears to be something wrong with the HAL build of the web console.  Assigning to Julian.

Fixed with commit b324ab0201384a3b9f29455e891760ecf011b604 of ip.git:

    BZ-1163786
    Add integration-platform-console.war.dodeploy file, so that the override
    console is actually deployed.
