Description of problem:
Gluster/NFS does not use the GF_OPTION_INIT macro for getting/setting configuration options. We need to cleanup the code so that GF_OPTION_INIT is used, like in other xlators. See

1. open xlators/nfs/server/src/nfs.c and browse to nfs_init_state()

Lot of time since no activity on this bug. We have either fixed it already or it is mostly not critical anymore!
