As a security hardening measure, please disable SSLv3 support in GnuTLS.

This should be for DEFAULT and FUTURE.

This is already done via the latest crypto policies build on rawhide.

This was a different bug applicable to gnutls, but since it was hijacked I created a specific bug for crypto policies.
