The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

This backport is necessary to ensure that the ACPI data generated by qemu and exposed by OVMF to the guest OS is up-to-date with regard to PCI resource assignment.

QE: in my testing, there have been no actual changes in the ACPI payload (verified with acpidump / iasl -d in the guest). While "no changes" is certainly not a *requirement* (if it were, then the patch would be unnecessary to begin with), it does imlpy that right now sanity testing suffices.
