The bug is not present in FreeIPA 4.1 (F21, RHEL 7.1). One could take advantage of this bug only under certain conditions which require manual intervention of admin and a quite a big fail on his side. A possible fix has an impact on whole UI and requires extensive testing. Given the nature of the fix and the facts that new IPA version is available and F20 will be EOL soon fixing this bug doesn't have a priority.
