Description of problem:
Bad link "View System Groups" on the page /rhn/activationkeys/groups/Add.do?tid=1 ("Activation key" > "Groups" > "Join").
This link is shown only when we do not have any System Group.

Satellite-5.7.0-RHEL6-re20141119.0 (spacewalk-java-2.3.8-67.el6sat)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. We have got a satellite with any "System Group"
2. Create a new activation key and open "Groups" > "Join" tab (/rhn/activationkeys/groups/Add.do?tid=1).
3. Click on the link "View System Groups".

Actual results:
The link opens /rhn/activationkeys/groups/List.do?tid=1

Expected results:
The link should open /rhn/systems/SystemGroupList.do

The sentence says:

No system groups are available to add. You have already added all the system groups available (View System Groups) to this activation key.

Link to /rhn/activationkeys/groups/List.do?tid=1 is totally ok.
