Description of problem:
Juno Neutron HA L3 agent feature need keepalived, but keepalived package is not installed by packstack as dependency of Neutron.
I am running RHEL7.

Hi Kimi, Packstack does not support HA installation ! That's why packstack is not installing keepalived package.
