Description of problem: There was a small window where fedora-repos-anaconda was added to comps resulting in people doing installs then getting fedora-repos-anaconda installed, even though it was never intended for installation on end user systems. as such we need to obsolete it to ensure a proper upgrade path for all users.

Yeah, I'd probably go -1/+1 on this as it's not really serious enough to block but worth having in the release package set just to cover against all eventualities.
