They're present because the kernel detected conflicts in various ranges in the way that the firmware set up the ACPI tables. The DRM errors are tracked in numerous other bugs and are from the i915 driver. The power/level warning is because something in userspace is using a deprecated file. What that would be, I have no idea. I'm not sure there's anything actionable specifically for this bug.
