Description of problem:
The font color of the language labels in top of the page is very hard to read.

6.1.0.ER4

How reproducible:
Install DV 6.1.0.ER4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into the dashboard builder home page (http://localhost:8080/dashboard)
2. In top of screen you'll see the labels (English, Espanol) but hard to read

Actual results:
Not readable language labels

Expected results:
Readable language labels
