Description Przemek Klosowski 2014-11-25 19:03:40 UTC
Description of problem:
unable to create new printer queue serving SAVIN (RICOH) MP C5503

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-printer-1.4.7-1.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible: every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run system-config-printer, unlock/authenticate/add printer
2. select network printer SAVIN MP C5503 (RNP.....), AppSocket/JetDirect

Actual results: after Searching for Drivers popup, the Choose Driver window appears, announcing that drivers are available for download, and asking to Select Driver. A selection window titled 'Downloadable drives' appear but is empty and the Forward button is greyed out (only Back and Cancel are available)

Expected results: a driver should be visible and selectable
