Description of problem:
$ /usr/bin/seqan_flexbar --help
/usr/bin/seqan_flexbar: error while loading shared libraries: libseqan_flexlib.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

$ /usr/bin/mason_frag_sequencing --help
/usr/bin/mason_frag_sequencing: error while loading shared libraries: libmason_sim.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
seqan-1.4.2-5

How reproducible:
Try to execute mason* and seqan_flexbar binary files.

Expected results:
Executable files linked to own private libraries.


Additional info:

Temporary workaround: loading the libraries by using LD_LIBRARY_PATH 

$ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/seqan
$ /usr/bin/seqan_flexbar --help
$ /usr/bin/mason_frag_sequencing --help
