I think an update will be useful ;) Notice, even if this library is mostly a "noop" on fedora (with PHP > 5.5) it now exposes a new useful function PasswordCompat\binary\check() which can be use is application (to avoid having to copy/paste this code), so an update make sense everywhere (Fedora and EPEL)
