Project overview

Description of problem:

Project Overview doesn't look well on Internet Explorer. 
The text is not under pie charts

2. Login to Horizon by Internet Explorer
3. Click 'Project' --> 'Overview'

This bug does not reproduced in RHOS 6.0. Tested on IE9 & 11.

Reproduced with IE9, also when using the upstream theme (I don't think an upstream patch to fix a Icehouse-only small visual issue would be accepted at that stage though).

Related: same thing happens with the hypervisor charts in bug 1169281, I expect the same fix will resolve both.

After digging into it some more, it turns out there is a Juno patch that can be easily backported in order to resolve this.

I marked the bug about the hypervisors page as a duplicate since it's the same problem with the same fix and it should be simple to verify both pages in one go.
