I'm not sure why you've added the blocker for the sponsor bug. If you're interested in becoming a co-maintainer for mingw-orc you can talk to one of the package admins (Erik or myself). Also, 0.4.18 is not the latest version. I'm in the process of getting 0.4.22 pushed. Thanks for the report.
