Description of problem:
There are some values that are configured with the engine-config command that there is no proper way to return them back to the original configuration
For example if you configure Network custom properties of ethtool there is no way to remove this property and return back to original config.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run engine-config -s 'UserDefinedNetworkCustomProperties=ethtool_opts=.*' --cver='3.5' on engine
2. Restart the engine
3. Try to remove this configuration with engine-config

Actual results:
There is no way to come back to the original configuration when ethtool_opts wasn't configured

Expected results:
There should be a way to reconfigure Network Custom properties not to have ethtool_opts configured
