Description of problem:
I can't set blank password (or without password) for Power Management Settings  in webui.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to set blank password for feature Power Management Settings 

Actual results:
It's not possible to save settings without password (or blank)

Expected results:
for example: checkbox without password (blank password)

With the release of Red Hat Satellite 5.7 on January 12th 2015 this bug is
being moved to a Closed Current Release state.
