Every place that show a package version, shows only the version

It would be much more useful if it also showed the release, maybe even the epoch.

On the "builds" and "monitor" pages, I would like to see something like this in the version column:

if epoch > 0:
    epoch:version-release
else:
    version-release

Can we drop the dist tag? It's using the one from the SRPM and not the resultant packages which is confusing.
