Description of problem:

Using both IE9/10, any chart of the expense report showcase is displayed, as they're using the Open Flash Chart 2 renderer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.1.0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Sample Dashboards -> Expense report using IE9 or IE10.
2. Charts are not displayed but some data exists.

Actual results:

OFC2 charts are not displayed.

Note that OFC2 is not supported by the product, it's only used in the community side, so not sure if it requires to be fixed urgent for this release.

I believe we can close this issue for several reasons:

1.- The default supported chart library in former dashbuilder is D3
2.- OFC2 was left there just for demo purposes, no real need for production
3.- New UF dashbuilder does not even support OFC2, only pure JS native libs like GCharts or D3 will be supported.
