Description Matt Wilson 2004-02-29 01:09:26 UTC
Description of problem:
Had a machine livelock, register dump + backtrace showed one CPU stuck
on a lock in prune_icache. Unfortunately I didn't have netdump or a
serial console configured, so it was impossible to gather backtraces
from the other CPUs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.4.22-1.2166.nptl

How reproducible:
Only happened once

Does 2188 fix this ? Could be another victim of the broken low-latency
patch
