Rename watchman log files to be more descriptive

Move bug to verified.
Verified and pass on puddle-2-2-2014-12-08 1) watchman.log& watchman-trace.log are created. [root@node1 node]# ls -l watchman* -rw-rw----. 1 root root 115015 Dec 9 10:31 watchman.log -rw-rw----. 1 root root 0 Dec 9 09:59 watchman-trace.log 2) monitor watchman.log,watchman-trace.log and cgroup.log and cgroup-trace.log.the log message is writen to watchman*.log. No log message is writen to cgroup*log now.
