Does installing package numpy fix it?
Yes, `yum install numpy` fixes this exact error, but now both plater and pronterface segfault when trying to start them (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1171353)
So let's fix bz1171353 first and then go back and fix this.
python-psutil is also missing from the requires.
Yeah I also installed that but forgot about it since it didn't really affect the outcome/cause more issues
