Description of problem:
realtime kernel does not support Mellanox Connect-IB(mlx5)

kernel-rt-3.10.33-rt32.52.el6rt

How reproducible:
just install the realtime kernel, ifup ib interface.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
ifup ib device failed

Expected results:
mlx5 device works fine.

Additional info:
mlx5 is supported in RHEL 6.6.
