Description of problem: When running gnurobbo without gnurobbo-tronic installed, one gets an error: Cannot find the default skin: /usr/share/gnurobbo/skins/tronic Installing gnurobbo-tronic fixes it. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version : 0.66 Release : 4.20141028svn412.fc21 Architecture: x86_64
(In reply to Štefan Gurský from comment #0) > Cannot find the default skin: /usr/share/gnurobbo/skins/tronic The other skins from upstream have legal issues, so I can only provide the (default) tronic skin, sorry. The package gnurobbo is meant to be the base package, there should be more than just this one skin available (maybe at some further time at RPMFusion or somehow…). Package gnurobbo-skin is a subpackage but should be the first package to be installed, it has a dependency to gnurobbo (-base). So unsure if I should rename to gnurobbo-base or the like. Suggests will be supported with dnf/rpm-4.12 but it's still in testing and not recommended. Really, I do not want to close as WONTFIX but there are few other alternatives, please come with some ideas.
this sounds to me, as gnurobbo is not useful in its current state. Renaming the package won't fix this. Please consider to remove it from fedora.
(In reply to Matthias Runge from comment #2) > Please consider to remove it from fedora. Well, the f21 package still sleeps in testing. So please give negative karma there. I can orphan rawhide, if you really wish. About F20 I have no clue how to handle it there as best. Sad to read that my contributions (at least for gnurobbo) are without any positive feedback. :(

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
Orphaned. Closing.
> The package gnurobbo is meant to be the base package, there should be more than just this one skin available The package gnurobbo is unusable if no skin is installed. One skin is provided in gnurobbo-tronic. When gnurobbo-tronic is installed, it works fine. I think adding dependency would solve this just fine. Or removing package altogether, of course, would work too.
Moved to copr: http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/raphgro/gnurobbo/
I took the orphaned package and added dependency on the tronic skin so that the game works out of the box. If I understand correctly, the illegal content has been removed and the tronic skin is the only legal skin left. It needs to be made the default one then.
I removed the set of original levels to avoid distributing non-free data and going to merge the modifications to f20/f21.
