Description of problem: When running OpenStack Tempest Icehouse from RDO, python-pbr 0.8.0 is installed but this is a too old version. For exemple, Jenkins Job Builder requires pbr>0.8.2 so we have here a conflict here. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.8.0 How reproducible: Install openstack-tempest-icehouse package and then try to install JJB (Jenkins Jobs Builder) Steps to Reproduce: 1. install openstack-tempest-icehouse and see python-pbr 0.8.0 installed 2. install JJB and see the conflict 3. purge PBR and install from source to have JJB & Tempest working. Actually, python-pbr is from EPEL, this is where RDO gets it from.
