Does this happen with the sequencer after the fix for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1167135 ? The models from this issue are the same models as the ones contained in the VDB of the previous issue.

Changing to MODIFIED & ER5 since hopefully the fix for the previously mentioned issue should fix this one as well.
