+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1171191 +++

Description of problem:
version 1.0.0 has been released.  This version contains some significant new features required for Keystone v3 support and puppet based installers, such as support for keystone domains and JSON output.  I would like to have this package available as soon as possible for all repositories supporting Juno and later.

This is going to be needed to add Keystone v3 support to openstack-puppet-modules (which plans to wrap around the python-openstackclient CLI).  It is also important to allow for Keystone domains to be usable from our CLI utilities.

We should include this for RHEL OSP 6.0.
