Created attachment 966540 [details] The error message displayed immediately after clicking install Description of problem: Sometimes apps in the gnome-software center won't start installing even after clicking install displaying an error message "sorry this did not work, installation of .... failed". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click install on a random program from the gnome-software center 2.If the program starts to install, click on "all". The program will fail to install. 3. Close software center 4. Click install again on the same program or another program of your choosing. The error message "sorry this did not work, installation failed" will display immediately. 5. Reboot, try the same sequence, this time after clicking install do not click on anything else on the software center. Program will install normally. Actual results: If after clicking install on a program at the gnome-software, you click on "all" or "installed" or want to browse for more software, the software you clicked install will stop installing. Closing the software center, and retrying you will end up with the error message "sorry this did not work, installation failed". Expected results: Installation should continue regardless of clicking on other options in the software center (of course if you don't close software center) Being sudo (administrator) one should be able to install multiple packages at the same time as it could be done in Fedora 20.
