Description of problem:
CAN-2004-0113 is a memory leak DoS against mod_ssl in Apache httpd 2.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ab -n 50000 http://target:443/

Actual results:
httpd children leak massive amounts of memory and go really slowly.

Expected results:
httpd children do not leak memory.
