In the Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform installer user interface, when submitting the subnet creation form without all fields filled out, subnet creation does not proceed but no error message is returned. To avoid this issue, complete all fields to proceed.

Steps to create:
1. install rhel-osp-installer
2. Start creating a new deployment, advance to the "Network Configuration" page and click on "New Subnet"
3. Click on the "Create Subnet" button:
  a. without filling any data.
  b. Without filling the network address.


Result:
nothing happens.

Expected result:
A message indicating that a particular field is empty.

For new deployments, please, use RHOSP director (starting with version 7).
