Description of problem: When you create a new Role and assings to a user, in this user cannot see the About panel, but you can access to about section if you put /about in the browser Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. make a not admin role 2. make a user 3. attach the role to the new user 4. log in with this user 5. go to "Administer" Menu, and you will see that there is not About section 6. Put in the browser https://hostname/about and see that the webUI loads correctly Actual results: - With the new user cannot see the about section in the administer Menu Expected results: - Se the about menu in the administer menu Additional info:

This has been verified on Satellite 6.3.0 SNAP 5.0 following the steps below: * Create a new role and add permissions to 'view_dashboard' and 'view_hosts' to avoid some annoyances (totally optional) * Create a new user and add this new role to it * Log in as new user * If you don't add the 'view_dashboard' and 'view_hosts' permissions, you will see some warnings recommending that you add those to the user * Visit the About page The About page should load and render correctly to this user
