Oops. PKCS#11 tokens which are correctly configured in the system p11-kit are not automatically visible to gnome-settings-daemon's martcard plugin. This is partly an NSS problem, but perhaps g-s-d should just ditch NSS and use p11-kit directly in order to behave correctly. Or work around it by explicitly calling SECMOD_LoadUserModule(p11-kit-proxy.so).
